1. Reduce dead space

Due to the unreasonable structure of the equipment and too many dead ends, it is easy to stick to the wall. Therefore, we try our best to reduce the dead space in the device structure in the design. In the storage tank, the heat exchange area is large, the material flow is good, and the sticking of the wall is reduced.

2. Inner wall treatment

The rough inner wall is easy to hang glue. Therefore, during processing, the inner walls, stainless steel tanks and welds are polished to increase their smoothness and reduce wall adhesion. In addition, after technical improvement, the solder joints are reduced, which can reduce the sticking phenomenon.

3. Flow characteristics

The flow state of the material in the stainless steel storage tank will also affect the degree of wall adhesion. Improving the flow of the material can greatly reduce the degree of wall sticking.

4. Feeding pipe position

The feed tube is a dead end and it is difficult to stir. Due to the high local concentration at the nozzle, it is easy to cause wall sticking. Therefore, the position of the feed pipe should be reasonably determined. In the design of the tube hole, the side tube is used to make the material slowly fall into the surface of the reaction liquid at a small angle, so as to prevent the glue liquid from splashing on the inner wall of the kettle. At the same time, the mixing speed is uniform to distribute the material as evenly as possible, thereby reducing sticking.
